Lumitra Transform™ is an organizational transformation framework designed for mid-market manufacturers with $50M to $500M in revenue. It works in 90-day cycles. Each cycle produces measurable improvement. The framework treats your organization as a connected system, not a collection of isolated problems to solve one at a time.
The framework starts from stakeholder outcomes and works backward through five organizational levels — stakeholder needs, organization design, product and work design, platform and infrastructure, and team execution.
