Lumitra Transform™ is an organizational transformation framework designed for mid-market manufacturers with $50M to $500M in revenue. It works in 90-day cycles. Each cycle produces measurable improvement. The framework treats your organization as a connected system, not a collection of isolated problems to solve one at a time.

The framework starts from stakeholder outcomes and works backward through five organizational levels — stakeholder needs, organization design, product and work design, platform and infrastructure, and team execution. Every intervention traces back to a named result. If it does not connect to an outcome your stakeholders care about, it does not make the cut.

Every Lumitra Transform™ engagement follows the same three-phase structure.

Phase 1

Discover
We learn your organization before we touch anything. Structured interviews. Operational data. Team observation. We map your ten dimensions and sixteen connections against where you need to be.

Days 1–14

Phase 2

Design
We identify the two or three highest-leverage interventions based on what Discovery revealed. Not everything. Just the changes with the most connections to other dimensions. Small moves, large impact.

Days 15–30

Phase 3

Deliver
Execute and measure. We track whether the transformation holds past the initial excitement. Results at 60 days, not just 30. Compounding improvement, not temporary lift.


Days 31–90

Workshops and masterclasses are available as standalone sessions for leadership teams exploring whether the Lumitra Transform™ Framework fits their situation. In-person sessions accommodate up to twelve participants per facilitator, with one to two participants per organization in multi-company formats.
